Three Wise Monkeys.

When a company is Top-heavy it means Management team is remunerated excessively, usually at the expense of general workforce and insidiously to legally rob the shareholders.

Lehman Brothers paid its most senior employees hundreds of millions of dollars in the run up to its 2008 bankruptcy. They were certain that the ship was about to sink.

I’m of the view that Africa’s Gover...nments are usually top-heavy. The three-arms of the governments harvest almost everything for themselves. Remuneration is never tied to any performance contract.

They still top-it up with laundered income. You overpay incompetent and corrupt officials so that when you steal, they play three wise monkeys. Never saw, Never heard and Never Say anything.

What is left for public use is usually peanuts.
Here I’m looking at three issues namely Free, Fair and Equitable government.

When you cheat in your Tax Returns, you go to jail. When Civil Servants steal Taxpayers’ money, in Africa, nobody ever sees inside of jail.
